Premium FleetCharge Service – Terms & Conditions Agreement
This agreement is between Premium Taxis (Premium FleetCharge Service) and the Account Holder.
PremiumCharge provides a Service allowing transport to be charged to a single account with invoicing and account management.
1. Account Use
An account will be opened in the name of the Account Holder.
The Account Holder may authorise users to make bookings and charges.
The Account Holder is responsible for all use of the account, whether authorised or not.
2. Charges & Responsibility
All transport services used under the account will be charged to the Account Holder.
The Account Holder must ensure only approved users access the account.
All charges must be paid in full, regardless of disputes with passengers or drivers.
3. Booking & Trip Records
Each trip will include details such as date, time, pickup/drop-off, and fare.
The Account Holder accepts all recorded trips as valid unless reported promptly.
4. Invoicing & Payment
Invoices are issued weekly or monthly.
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date (unless agreed otherwise).
Premium Taxis may apply late fees, interest, or suspend the account if overdue.
5. Fees
A service or administration fee may apply to each trip. Fees may be updated with notice.
6. Lost, Misuse or Unauthorised Use
The Account Holder is responsible for all use of the account, including.
Any lost, stolen, or unauthorised use must be reported immediately.
7. Service Responsibility
Premium Taxis provides transport services but is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside control.
Drivers and transport providers operate independently where applicable.
